never left alone

have you ever felt alone? like, sitting in a dark corner, tucked in a ball, staring miserably into nothingness? 🤣 that's a little severe. but seriously? have your friends ever left you out of something? have you ever been left behind? have you ever been ditched, forgotten, abandoned, deserted, jilted, walked out on, betrayed, deceived, etc.?

it's a horrible feeling isn't it? but also, when you get let down, don't you start worrying that people will continually let you down time and time again? we can lose our trust in people every time in the future when we get let down one time.

guess who will never let you down? Jesus.

God is for you. he cares for you. he wants the best for you. he promises he will always be there by our sides. he promises he will never leave us. he promises he will never forsake us. he promises to never let us down.

now it's up to you. what will you choose to believe?
