even if

at some point in our lives, we have all wished for something. but have there ever been times when you wished for something and that wish didn't come true? (see how this happened to me too) it can be anything from wishing for a new pair of shoes or a new video game to wishing for a new job, a new house, or a soulmate. but when that doesn't happen, isn't it so hard to wonder if God even cares about your wishes? or, even worse, isn't it harder to wonder if God even still cares about you?

yes, i myself know how that feels. it's easy to believe that God has given up on us when he doesn't answer our prayers the way we wanted. even when we feel like God has given up on us, we should know that he has never given up on us. because God loves us and cares for us so much, he chooses to answer our prayers in the way that he sees best- whether that be a "yes," "maybe," "not now," or even "no." yes, God will say no to our prayers when he sees fit. but that's only because he knows what's going to happen next. it may feel like a door was just closed in your face. but he knows that there is something better waiting for you behind the next door.

so now what will you choose to believe?
